Planning a large-scale Proxmox VE deployment?
Let us simplify your purchasing journey. If your organization requires coordinated procurement, custom subscription planning, or assistance with internal approvals, our specialists are ready to guide you toward the most effective infrastructure strategy.
Enterprise support assurance
Expert support is a core infrastructure requirement
For infrastructure that carries critical services, qualified product support is part of the control environment. Internal policy, customer commitments, external audit criteria, and sector or government regulation can require a documented vendor escalation path, tested updates, and demonstrable software supply-chain resilience.
Operational stability
Standardize production systems on a stable package stream with extensively tested updates and security enhancements.
Expert escalation path
Give your infrastructure team a direct route to Proxmox specialists when critical issues require deeper product expertise.
Predictable annual coverage
Plan subscription costs by CPU socket with no separate feature editions or per-core licensing complexity.
For non-production use
Community subscription
Running Proxmox VE in a home lab, technical learning environment, or professional test setup? Community gives you access to the stable Enterprise Repository without an enterprise technical support entitlement.

Subscription FAQ
What to know before purchasing
How many subscriptions do I need?
A subscription is required for every occupied physical CPU socket. The number of CPU cores does not affect the price. Every server in a cluster needs coverage for its occupied sockets, and all nodes in a cluster must use the same subscription level.
Are Proxmox VE features limited by subscription level?
No. High availability, live migration, clustering, backup, software-defined storage, networking, and all other Proxmox VE features are available at every level. Plans differ by technical support entitlement, ticket allowance, and response time.
What does “response time” mean?
It is the guaranteed first response time for a critical support request submitted through the Proxmox Customer Portal. Coverage applies within the business hours defined in the subscription agreement.
Can my organization purchase without using the Online Shop?
Contact sales at sales@proxmox.com to discuss your purchasing requirements. Qualified Proxmox resellers can also provide local purchasing, consulting, implementation, and support services.
What support is included with Community?
Community includes access to the Enterprise Repository but not ticket support from the Proxmox enterprise support team. Assistance is available through the public Proxmox community forum.
What are the enterprise support business hours?
Ticket support for Basic, Standard, and Premium is available Monday through Friday, 07:00–17:00 CET/CEST on Austrian business days. Qualified resellers may offer support in other time zones and local languages. Please contact sales@proxmox.com if you have requirements beyond the standard offerings.
